- 3 / 5By Kevin MortensonNot what it used to be. Phil's use to be the best in town, now it survives mainly on its old reputation. The gravy changes from day to day with little regard to the recipe. The mashed potatoes are now instant and the Mac & cheese is earily similar to something in a can from the grocery store. The chicken is still always top notch but everything else just ruins it these days.February 03, 2017
