  This place is still fantastic! I've since moved away to NYC but when visiting friends we had dinner here and Moon Star still delivers on authentic Chinese cuisine. The food is slightly more northern in style (most Chinese restaurants in New York are Southern) and that's always nice.
  
  The service was great, though the "hot tea" comes in individual mugs instead of a more standard pot for the table.
  
  And the price is also fantastic, especially when compared with similar food in NYC.

  Best Chinese in Broome County and one of the few sit down restaurants. Delightful. My only complaint... The lighting is way too bright.

  Best Chinese food in the area. Great wait staff. Reasonable prices. I just order from the main menu but they also serve real authentic (non-americanized) Chinese food that I have heard is really good. Also, 99% of the time their home it and sour soup is really really good. You can also order take out online really efficiently.
